Return/Refund Policy for Products
As our all products are digital downloadable products, they can’t be returned once bought. However, if you are unsatisfied with any particular design or require any sort of one-time customization, our team will be happy to assist you. Just contact us on live chat or over email.
Return policy for Subscription Plan
After purchasing products from the subscription plan, you can’t apply for a return or refund because all the templates are digital goods that are downloadable and after purchase, these all are owned by you only, so refund and return are not an option available for this.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service below to arrange a refund or exchange.
In Case you have purchased Doctors Note or any other Legal Template or Letter, we can’t customize it as these are just sample templates.

- Sale items or Subscription Plan products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned/refunded.
